In the initial phase of our collaboration, we engage with clients through either an employee engagement survey or a client discovery session. Recently, we partnered with Vitaco Health Ltd to deliver a Gallup Strengths and Team Charter Workshop, designed to enhance individual potential, improve collaboration, and establish a shared roadmap for success.

Our Gallup Strengths Workshop helps individuals and teams discover and harness their unique talents to collaboratively boost team performance and satisfaction. Building on from this, the Team Charter Workshop complements this by collectively creating and defining shared values, expectations, and behaviours to foster a cohesive and aligned working environment.
Workshop Journey
Step 1: CliftonStrengths Assessment
All team members completed the CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment, revealing their dominant strengths and natural talents.
Step 2: Individual Strengths Coaching
Each participant engaged in a one-hour coaching session with one of our Gallup Certified Strengths Coaches, focusing on:
- Understanding their unique strengths and how to apply them effectively.
- Developing personal growth strategies aligned with their natural talents.
- Leveraging their strengths in their day-to-day roles for maximum impact.
Step 3: Manager Coaching Sessions
Leaders received two coaching sessions to deepen their strengths-based leadership approach:
✔ Session 1: Understanding their own CliftonStrengths profile and leadership potential.
✔ Session 2: Assessing their team’s collective strengths and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Step 4: Team Strengths Workshop
A 2.5-hour session where teams explored the concept of a strengths-based workplace, using the Gallup Team Grid to visualise collective strengths. This workshop encouraged:
✔ Sharing dominant strengths to foster an appreciation for team diversity.
✔ Identifying collaboration opportunities to enhance performance.
✔ Applying strengths-based strategies to overcome common challenges.
Step 5: Team Charter Workshop
Following the strengths workshop, we facilitated a 2-hour Team Charter session, where teams established shared values and working principles. Key components included:
✔ Values Canvas - Identifying what makes a high-performing team.
✔ Behaviour Definitions - Translating values into actionable workplace behaviours.
✔ Communication & Expectations - Clarifying effective team workflows.
✔ Roles & Responsibilities - Defining individual contributions to team success.
The outcome? A practical, living Team Charter that promotes alignment, accountability, and a unified team vision.
